Since 2012, MAC has been at the forefront of global innovation, bringing cutting-edge four-edge grinding machines from China to the international market. Our journey from the initial two-head polishing machine to the advanced three-head model, and now to the fully automatic Seaming Machine with four grinding heads and CNC control, reflects our unwavering commitment to enhancing processing efficiency and production management for our customers worldwide.
The Seaming Machine is the premier choice for curtain wall, door, and window processors, particularly for grinding 3-12mm thick glass. Strategically positioned behind the cutting line’s breaking table, it enables seamless, automatic edging as operators effortlessly push the glass through. Post-edging, the glass transitions directly to a washing machine, followed by batching on the tempering furnace loading side. This integrated, continuous flow from cutting to tempering without the need for unloading significantly reduces manual handling and surface scratches, thereby elevating the glass's quality and market value.
One of the key differentiators of MAC's Seaming Machine is its ability to significantly boost productivity while minimizing dust pollution and enhancing the precision of the edging process. As the industry transitions from manual belt grinders to fully automated systems, our Seaming Machine excels by not only refining the process but also delivering substantial operational benefits.
Thanks to continuous testing and research, we've incorporated an advanced CNC and servo control system to overcome the issues of stalling and crashes that were prevalent with older PLC systems.
This machine is an excellent choice for customers looking for a cost-effective, compact solution, especially for processing coarse ground glass. The integration of the Cross Belt and Seamer systems greatly improves production efficiency, reduces the need for manual labor, and achieves a tempering rate of over 97%.
MAC's CNC Seaming Machine is equipped with advanced features that set it apart from the competition. Our machine’s precision control reduces material waste, allowing for more efficient use of glass and lower operating costs. The CNC system ensures consistent, high-quality finishes, reducing the need for rework and increasing overall output. Additionally, the machine's robust construction and high durability reduce maintenance downtime, ensuring that production lines remain operational longer.
For established plants, like those in the UAE, the MAC Seaming Machine has significantly enhanced production capacity and plant management, driving substantial improvements in operational efficiency. MAC remains dedicated to offering superior solutions that not only meet but exceed industry standards, propelling our clients towards new heights of productivity and innovation.
